Security, fraud prevention, and legal engagement.

Generally retained for 10 years following the closure of a matter (Legal and Business Records).

Biometric Information (e.g., Voice or facial maps)

Identity verification and intake security.

The earlier of: the satisfaction of the initial purpose; or one year from the date of collection. In no case is it retained longer than 3 years.

Internet & Network Activity (e.g., IP Address, Cookies, mouse activity, keystroke dynamics)

Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and website performance.

Generally maintained for 12-24 months for security monitoring and website performance improvement.

Precise Geolocation (GPS data)

Fraud prevention and service optimization.

Typically deleted once its initial purpose is met, and in no case is it retained longer than 3 years.

Sensory Data (e.g., Call recordings)

Quality assurance and legal defense.

7 years following matter closure, or longer where it constitutes part of the formal Client File or is required for legal defense. Sensory data for general operational purposes is typically destroyed within 1 year of purpose satisfaction.

Professional/Employment Info (Work history)

Calculating damages and vocational assessments.

Generally retained for 10 years following the closure of a matter to satisfy professional record-keeping requirements and respond to future legal inquiries.

Education Information (Academic history)

Assessing claim viability and damage calculation.

Generally retained for 10 years following the closure of a matter to satisfy professional record-keeping requirements and respond to future legal inquiries.

Inferences (Profile characteristics)

Assessing claim value and litigation strategy.

Generally retained for 7 years following the closure of a matter (Legal and Business Records).

Sensitive Personal Information (SSN, Medical records, citizenship)

Litigation support, identity verification, and court compliance.

Generally retained for 10 years following matter closure (or longer as required by State Bar and professional liability standards).

Sale and Sharing of Information

  • No Sale or Sharing: We do not "sell" your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, nor do we "share" it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Minors: We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
  • Opt-Out Preference Signal (GPC):Starting January 1, 2026, if our website detects a browser privacy signal (GPC), we will display a visible notification (e.g., "Opt-Out Preference Signal Honored") to confirm your request.
